Privacy Policy

How Daily Vita Pulse collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you read our journal, contact our team or join our sessions.

In short

We collect only what we need to run the site and reply to you. We never sell your data. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@dailyvitapulse.com.

1. Who we are

Daily Vita Pulse (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online health, fitness and wellness publication operated from Hoque Plaza (4th Floor), House # 7, Road # 14, Gulshan – 1, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you visit dailyvitapulse.com, contact us, attend our sessions or otherwise interact with us. You can reach us at info@dailyvitapulse.com or +880 1313-717272.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to run the website and respond to you:

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of messages you send through our contact form, by email or by phone, and any details you provide when registering for a workshop or session.
  • Comments: if comments are enabled on an article, the name, email address and comment text you submit, together with your IP address and browser user agent for spam prevention.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, collected through server logs, security tools and cookies.
  • Payment-related information: if you pay for a workshop or digital product, we receive confirmation details such as a transaction ID from bKash, Nagad, a bank or a card processor. We do not store full card numbers or mobile-wallet PINs.

We do not knowingly ask for health records. Please do not send us sensitive medical details unless they are necessary for your question.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to questions, corrections, requests and partnership enquiries.
  • To organise workshops, talks and sessions you register for, and to send related updates.
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve the website, including preventing spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which topics are useful to readers so we can plan future content.
  • To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations under the laws of Bangladesh.

We will not use your information for purposes that are incompatible with these without telling you first and, where required, asking for your consent.

We process personal information where you have given consent (for example, by submitting the contact form), where it is necessary to provide a service you requested, where we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting a safe, useful publication, or where the law requires it. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, protect against spam and understand site usage. Details, including how to control them, are set out in our Cookie Policy.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host the website, provide security, spam protection, backups, email delivery and analytics, under obligations to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
  • Payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, banks and card processors, solely to complete transactions you initiate.
  • Authorities where we are legally required to do so, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our readers, our team or the public.

Articles may include embedded content such as maps, videos or images hosted by third parties, and links to external websites, including research sources. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, which may collect data about you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites and encourage you to read their policies.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers outside Bangladesh. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an appropriate level of protection.

9. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months so that we can follow up and maintain a record of corrections and requests. Workshop and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Server and security logs are typically kept for up to 90 days. Comments may be kept indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.

10. How we protect your information

We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, security plugins, regular software updates and backups to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if we become aware of a security incident.

11. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information that we no longer need or that you no longer want us to hold;
  • stop or limit certain uses of your information, including any marketing messages.

Email info@dailyvitapulse.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within 30 days.

12. Children's privacy

Daily Vita Pulse is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
